If you have not previously cooked grass-fed beef before, we strongly suggest you view the link with cooking tips before you order since the way it is cooked will greatly impact your enjoyment of the meat. As to not reinvent the wheel, you can find wonderful information on cooking grass-fed beef under “cooking tips” on this website.
We are currently out of our grassfed beef. We plan on processing more during the first of the summer, once our animals have had a chance to be on fresh grasses again after their winter hay.
